Sheri is a United States Air Force (USAF) veteran. She served for 27 years in the USAF, retiring in 2019 at the rank of Colonel. During her time, she served as a leader supporting USAF acquisition, supply chain strategies and operational/wartime contracting, including two (2) tours in the middle east supporting the Global War on Terror. She holds two Master’s Degrees: one in Acquisition and Procurement from Webster University and one in Organizational Management from George Washington. She is a University of South Carolina Alum and, now, a devoted Harrisburg, PA resident. Sheri is on the Board of Directors at the Harrisburg YWCA, an active member of Vibrant Community Church and enjoys golf, community and family. She is currently employed by RAVN Aero as their Senior Director of Procurement & Trade Compliance and does federal contracting consulting work.

Mark is a Cedarville, OH native, now firmly transplanted in Harrisburg PA. He currently serves as a Senior Executive with the US Navy. Mark has spent 35+ years supporting and leading acquisition projects for both the US Air Force and the US Navy. Mark is a Wright State University Alum (Dayton, OH) and holds two Master’s Degree: a Master’s of Program Management from Keller University and an MBA from Wright State. An avid sportsman, Mark officiates high school football throughout Central PA (PIAA) for the Capital Area Football Officials Association. He and Sheri are small group leaders for Vibrant – A Christian Church and loves to play golf, poker, and travel with Sheri. He also spends time building community in the neighborhood. Together, they have four adult daughters (and two sons-in-law) who live in and around the country.

Bobby transplanted himself to Harrisburg from Seattle, WA in 2019 to be closer to family. Bobby is Sheri’s brother and you can find him at The Manor on most days meeting and greeting the guests and helping out with any local recommendations. Bobby is an Army Veteran and has spent the last 24 years in the IT business as well as overseeing “The Owl and Thistle” Irish Bar and Grill in Seattle. He has one daughter in Seattle and is an avid marine biology enthusiast. He spends time exploring PA and getting to know the area.
